WHERE IS IT MADE?

Our products are 100% designed and made in the Philippines by our local tailors from Bulacan ans Marikina.

WHAT ARE THE MATERIALS USED?

We only use premium quality materials in each of our product categories. We always ensure that we test it for ourselves and ensure a top-of-the-line overall finished product before we release it. All product details are explicitly shown under the product description of your desired design.

We consider our products as gender neutral as they all fit perfectly on any gender as long as you know how to pick the right fit for you.

SHIPMENT POLICY

REMINDERS

1. An acknowledgment letter of your orders will be sent to you via email or SMS. Everything sent must be thoroughly read and understood including these rules. Pushing through with your orders means confirmation that you fully acknowledge the agreement we have set in this transaction.

2. If you would like to change any details or information under your order, you may contact our Community Support team to assist you with your request. https://www.facebook.com/wearlegazy
(Note that requests for changes in an order can only be done once and if the parcel is not yet handed over to our courier partner.)

3. Once an order is shipped, an acknowledgment letter will be sent via email or SMS stating your Tracking Number and estimated delivery date.

Processing and Fulfillment of Orders:1-3 Working Days

(Note: orders received after 8 AM will be processed the following business day).

DELIVERY DAYS

Metro Manila Shipments: 3-5 Working Days
Provincial Shipments: 5-10 Working Days

Kindly expect possible delays due to inclement weather, local holidays near or within your area, or depending on the overwhelming amount of orders we’ve received.

You can track your shipment to see the delivery status by following these very simple steps:

Please take note that some couriers/shipment companies need 24hrs-48hrs to update the status of your package.

WARRANTY, REPLACEMENTS AND CHANGE ITEM

WARRANTY

Legazy will only issue warranty-grant to the customers who have submitted their incident report form here:

14-Day Warranty start upon receipt

Damage upon delivery of the courier:
- Claims for damages must be filed within 24 - 48 hrs upon receipt.

Wrong item received:
Claims for wrong items received must be filed within 24 - 48 hrs upon receipt. 

These are the instances that the warranty-grant will NOT apply:

* Damages due to negligence
* Wear and tear or minimal damages due to daily use

REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY

To file for replacements and/or refunds, the customer can contact Legazy on their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/wearlegazy.

The customer must file the request within 24-48 hours of receiving the item, and provide detailed documentation.

The customer requesting a replacement must pay for the shipping costs back to Legazy's Hideout and back to their shipping address.

The replacement time frame for an item may vary based on the availability of the commodity, recipient's location, and other possible delays. Regular shipping time will be applied to the replacement item.

Legazy has the right to approve or disapprove any claims presented after a thorough investigation.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

To ensure that all customers have an equal opportunity to take advantage of our discounts and promotions, we would like to remind everyone that only one discount or promo code can be used per transaction. Customers cannot so mix or stack multiple discounts or promotions when making a purchase. Our company reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotions or discounts at any time without prior notice.

CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled before the package is packed/picked-up by the courier partner.

As much as we don’t want to do this to anyone, refusing to accept or negligence to receive the order may result to the following consequences:

If your order status is packed/picked-up, you may try contacting our community support to inquire if the cancellation is still possible.

We do follow a "Strictly No Cancellation" policy which will also be displayed prior to checking out. Make sure you have already decided the item that you want to get before placing the order.

As much as we don’t want to do this to anyone, refusing to accept or negligence to receive the order may result to the following penalties:

- Black listed
- Payment of another shipping fee
- COD will not be available ever for the specific person
