For your safety and our riders’ safety, before receiving your package, always wear your FACE MASK and we encourage you to follow all necessary precautions to secure your safety by sanitizing the package before opening. Although we had performed all the necessary precautions on our part, YOUR SAFETY is still on top of our PRIORITY.


1. A confirmation letter to acknowledge your orders will be sent to you via email or via SMS. Everything sent must be thoroughly read and understood including these rules. Pushing through with your orders means confirmation that you have fully acknowledged the agreement we have set in this transaction.

3. Once an order is shipped, an acknowledgment letter will be sent via email or SMS stating your Tracking Number and estimated delivery date.

Processing and Fulfillment of Orders: 1-3 Working Days (Note: orders received after 8AM will be processed the next business day).

Metro Manila Shipments: 3-5 Working Days
Provincial Shipments: 5-10 Working Days

**Kindly expect possible delays due to different regulations being set by your LGU.

Please take note that some couriers/shipment companies need 24hrs-48hrs to update the status of your package. So, you don't need to worry or get nervous

Note that Legazy offers door-to-door delivery. However, our partner courier may request for branch pickup nearest you due to delivery limitations in your area. (e.g. Out of Delivery Zone, Force Majeure etc.)

We are only granting the warranty privilege to manufacturing and delivery issues:

Damage upon delivery of the courier:
- Claims for damages must be filed within 24-48hrs upon receipt.

Wrong item received:
- Claims for wrong items received must be filed within 24-48hrs upon receipt. 

These are the instances that the warranty-grant will NOT apply:

* Damages due to negligence
* Wear and tear or minimal damages due to daily use

30-Day-Warranty is immediately effective from the date of delivery

The customer requesting for replacement must shoulder the shipping costs back to our Hideout and back to their shipping address

As long as the product that arrived at the office is undamaged, the replacement item will be immediately shipped back to the customer

Upon thorough investigation, Legazy has the right to approve or disapprove any claims presented.

Your case will be taken good care of and will be investigated as soon as possible. Rest assured that we are doing our best to solve each customer’s claim.

Due to our current situation with COVID-19, please understand that we are also taking care of our teammates who will be receiving your returned items. Items that have already been worn will not be granted for return and replacement.

Orders can only be cancelled before the package is packed/picked-up by the courier partner.

As much as we don’t want to do this to anyone, refusing to accept or negligence to receive the order may result to the following consequences:

We do follow a "Strictly No Cancellation" policy which will also be displayed prior to checking out. Make sure you have already decided the item that you want to get before placing the order.

As much as we don’t want to do this to anyone, refusing to accept or negligence to receive the order may result to the following penalties:

- Payment of another shipping fee
- COD will not be available ever for the specific person
