REMINDERS
1. A confirmation letter to acknowledge your orders will be sent to you via email or via SMS. Everything sent must be thoroughly read and understood including these rules. Not reading still means that you agree and confirm the contents of these messages.

AMAZING PRODUCT!

It looks awesome and i have no regrets in choosing the usok variant. Overall, the product quality is great, it feels and looks durable. It is very accessible because of the zippers.
It arrived faster than i expected, and Legazy helped me with some issues which made the delivery process faster.

It's quite different than normal backpacks. It comes with many pockets that is very useful on work travels since it also has a laptop compartment.

OUTSTANDING AFTERSALES SERVICE

I had issues with my bag that I did not notice until the 5th day past of its delivery day. I was about to use it for the first time that I noticed a damage which I could best describe as a hole. I immediately messaged Legazy via messenger taking my chances that I might still get a replacement. An email was received after few days granting for a replacement. It took me more than 2 weeks to return the bag to the given address however, despite me prolonging the return, their offer still stands!

A few days back, Usok colorway was launched that I got magnetized to it. I then ask the legal team wether they could change the colorway of my bag to usok, unhesitantly, they AGAIN granted my request.

Despite all the predicaments, they were still able to meet my satisfaction and even going for an extra mile! Thank you so much Legazy I really do appreciate your efforts. Long live to your business!
